My package was redirected to a pickup point

Modified on Thu, 9 Apr at 11:30 AM

Sometimes, if the carrier can't deliver the package to your address, they'll take it to a nearby pickup point. Here's what to do.

Why does this happen?

It usually happens when:

– No one was home during the delivery attempts

– There's an access issue at the address

– The carrier couldn't reach you

What should you do?

  1. Check the email or SMS the carrier sent you, it will have the pickup point address and the deadline to collect it (usually between 5 and 10 business days).
  2. Go to the pickup point with your ID or another form of identification.
  3. Collect your package within the deadline to avoid it being returned.

You can find your nearest pickup point at:

– Nacex (domestic shipments): nacex.es

– UPS (international shipments): ups.com

Missed the deadline or can't collect it?
