My order is taking longer than expected, what should I do?

We know waiting longer than expected is frustrating, especially when coffee is involved. Let's see what might be going on.


First, check your tracking status 

With the tracking number we sent you by email, visit the carrier's website and check the current status. Sometimes the package is in transit and just taking a little longer than expected.


Possible causes of a delay


– Occasional issues with the carrier

– High-demand periods

– Customs delays (for international orders)

– Incomplete or incorrect delivery address


What do we consider a real delay? 

If more days have passed than the estimated timeframe and the tracking shows no movement, it's time to contact us. Remember that orders are prepared and shipped Tuesday through Thursday, so if you placed your order on a Friday, it will ship the following Tuesday.


Open a ticket with your order number and we'll look into it. We usually hear back from the carrier within 24–48 business hours.
