Where is my order?

If your order is already on its way and you want to know where it is, here's everything you need to know.


How do I know my order has been shipped? 

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and all the information you need to track it at any time.


How long does delivery take? 

Estimated delivery times are:


– Spain (Peninsula & Balearic Islands): 24–48 business hours (carrier: Nacex)

– Europe: 48–96 business hours (carriers: UPS and DHL)

– Rest of the world: 48–96 business hours (carriers: UPS and DHL)


These are estimated times and may be affected by public holidays, high-demand periods, or carrier issues.


When are orders shipped? 

We prepare and ship orders Tuesday through Thursday. We don't ship on Fridays to avoid your coffee spending the weekend in transit; we'd rather keep it safe until it's on its way to you in the best possible condition.


Your order shows as "Processing" but you already have a tracking number? 


No worries, that just means your order has already been processed and will arrive within the usual timeframe.


Haven't received your tracking email? 

Check your spam folder, it sometimes ends up there. If it's not there either, open a ticket, and we'll help you right away.
