If you'd like to exchange a product for another (different coffee, format or item), here's how.
When is an exchange possible?
Exchanges are handled mainly when there's been an error in the order or you received something different from what you ordered. If you have a different situation, tell us and we'll see what we can do.
How to do it:
- Open a ticket in the customer portal
- Provide your order number, the product you want to exchange and what you'd like instead
- Our team will confirm availability and give you the next steps
Please note that if there's a price difference between the products, we'll let you know before processing the exchange.
