When can you request a return?
We accept returns when there's been an error on our part or when you've received a non-coffee product different from what you ordered. Coffee products, due to their perishable nature, cannot be returned due to a change of mind once the order has shipped.
How to start the process:
- Open a ticket in the customer portal
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return (attach photos if the product is damaged)
- Our team will reply with the next steps
How will we refund you?
Once the issue has been handled, we can offer you:
– Refund to the original payment method used for the order
– Discount voucher redeemable at nomadcoffee.es
– Resend of the correct product
