How do I request a return?

If you need to return a product, we're here to help.


When can you request a return? 

We accept returns when there's been an error on our part or when you've received a non-coffee product different from what you ordered. Coffee products, due to their perishable nature, cannot be returned due to a change of mind once the order has shipped.


How to start the process:

  1. Open a ticket in the customer portal
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return (attach photos if the product is damaged)
  3. Our team will reply with the next steps


How will we refund you? 

Once the issue has been handled, we can offer you:

– Refund to the original payment method used for the order

– Discount voucher redeemable at nomadcoffee.es

– Resend of the correct product
