Changed your coffee maker or brewing method and need a different grind? Don't worry, it happens to the best of us.
How to do it?
You can manage this from your subscriber profile. Once inside, go to "swap, change product" and you'll see a list with your product and its available variations. From here you can view all the options for quantity and grind type.
If you have any trouble or questions with this, open a ticket in the customer portal with your subscription details and the grind you need, and we'll help you out.
When does the change take effect?
From the next shipment onwards, as long as you request it before the order goes into preparation.
