We ask that you arrive on time so that all participants can get the most out of the experience.
Grace period: We'll wait up to 5 minutes after the start time before beginning.
After 15 minutes from the start time, entry will not be permitted.
This is out of respect for the other participants and to ensure the class runs properly.
We recommend arriving a few minutes early to get settled.
If something unexpected comes up at the last minute, open a ticket or get in touch with us as soon as possible.
