In general, once a course or workshop date is confirmed, changes cannot be made. This is to ensure the class runs smoothly and out of respect for the other participants.
Exception for force majeure
If you're unable to attend due to illness, accident or another duly justified cause of force majeure, we can offer you a spot in the next edition of the same course. This change can only be made once.
If you're unable to attend the new date either, no refund will be issued.
