Open a ticket with your order number and a photo of the package you received, and let us know which grind you got and which one you need. We can:
– Prepare a new shipment with your coffee in the correct grind as soon as possible
– Or if you prefer, guide you on how to make the most of the whole bean coffee in the meantime
Let us know what you'd prefer and we'll take care of it straight away.
