What is the cancellation policy for courses and workshops?

Modified on Thu, 9 Apr at 12:41 PM

We know plans sometimes change. Here's how our cancellation policy works so there are no surprises.

When you purchase a course or workshop, your spot is automatically reserved.

This means that if you don't attend, you could be preventing someone else from joining. For that reason, we apply the following conditions:

- Cancellation more than 15 days in advance

Full refund with no penalty.

- Cancellation less than 15 days in advance or within 48 hours of the course

A 50% penalty applies. Only 50% of the total amount will be refunded.

- Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance or no-show

No refund will be issued.

- Date changes Once the course date is confirmed, no changes can be made, except in cases of force majeure such as illness or accident (see below).

- What if I have an emergency or fall ill?

We understand that some situations are out of your control. In cases of justified force majeure (illness, accident, etc.), we'll offer you a spot in the next edition of the same course. This change can only be made once. If you're unable to attend the new date either, no refund will be issued.

- Cancellation by the TCA

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a course if minimum attendance of 10 participants is not reached. In that case, a full refund will be issued. We'll notify you with as much notice as possible.

Important: We are not responsible for third-party costs associated with the course, such as flight or hotel bookings.

Have a question about your specific situation? Open a ticket and we'll look into it together.
