You can cancel your subscription from your account on nomadcoffee.es, under the subscriptions section. If you're unable to do so, open a ticket and we'll help you sort it out.
When does the cancellation take effect?
Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle. If payment for the current cycle has already been processed, you'll receive the shipment corresponding to that period.

It's not mandatory, but it really helps us to know why you're leaving. If there's anything we could improve or if something went wrong, let us know in the cancellation survey.
