What can you change?
– The coffee type: Classics or Specials
– The quantity included in each shipment
– The format (whole bean or ground)
Not sure which to choose?
Classics are our house coffees, with stable profiles and classic notes like nuts or chocolate. They change approximately every 3–4 months. Perfect for those who enjoy a consistent flavour or like their coffee with milk.
Specials rotate more frequently, with more complex profiles: fruity, floral, tropical or liqueur-like notes. They change month to month. Ideal if you want to discover different coffees regularly.
How to do it:
You can make the change directly from your subscriber profile. If you run into any trouble, open a ticket in the customer portal letting us know what change you'd like to make, and we'll take care of it.
Changes take effect from the next shipment.
