How do I change my renewal or shipping date?

If you need to adjust when your subscription is processed or when you receive your shipment, this can be changed.


Go to your subscription and from "Set renewal" you can set the new date.


If something isn't working as it should, open a ticket with your preferred new date and we'll handle it. Bear in mind that date changes may affect your billing cycle we'll confirm everything with you before applying any changes.
